Lindsay was the 3rd highest reader in the whole school!!!!

My sweet Lindsay is sooooo smart!  She has blown us all away!  She LOVES to read!  This year, we made a deal with her that if she can reach 300 points she could have a kindle.  She far surpassed that goal and earned her kindle, AND a skin for it!  She ended up with 382 points this year!  She was by far the top reader in the 3rd grade, and the 3rd highest reader in the whole school!  She always has a book with her.  She LOVES to read!  I am just so so proud of her!  What's more amazing is her test scores!  We got her report card, and she tested higher than 82% of the rest of the nation in reading, and in math she tested higher than 92% of the rest of the nation!  She is doing reading at a 5th grade in their 6th month of school and in math she is doing math at 5th grade level in their 7th month of school.  She is amazing! I am just so proud of her!!!! Here she is receiving her award from the principal and librarian on the last day of school at the award ceremony.
